Electrical Operations / Divisional Manager

We cater exclusively to B2B clients, primarily in maintenance & small to medium sized commercial projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and property management. Our office staff are highly competent and loyal, providing essential support to the incoming divisional manager.

Kombine has spent the last year consolidating and focused on improving efficiencies, profitability and bedding down relationships and opportunities with top tier clients. With that foundation, we are now ready to bring in an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to take control of the electrical division and work alongside our three Directors to meet aggressive growth targets over the next 5 years.

The role:

Relationships: Paramount to this role is the ability to create, nurture and grow relationships with the team and clients.

Toolbox meetings: Monthly Toolbox meetings with the team to ensure they are prepared for the days ahead.

Weekly staff meetings: Weekly meetings with the admin team and technicians/apprentices to prepare them for the week.

Efficiency: Profitability and efficiency tracking of the team to ensure targets are met.

Project management: Ability to step in and assist the team onsite as required.

Team coordination: Ensuring everyone is prepared with everything they will need for the day/week.

Quality control: Spot checks on site to ensure our extremely high standards are continually met.

Systems: Ability to build and manage systems to improve/streamline running of the company.

Quoting/Invoicing: Learn our processes and oversee the quoting/invoicing.

Business Development: Seek out opportunities to grow the business and nurture them.

And more: Ability to adapt to new areas as the business expands.

Essential Experience Requirements

Electrical Maintenance Experience: Extensive experience in managing and overseeing electrical maintenance operations.

Prospecting and Business Growth: Demonstrated ability to prospect for new clients and grow the business.

Multi-Site Team Management Experience: Extensive experience managing teams across multiple sites.

Estimating/Quoting Experience: Proven expertise in estimating and quoting for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Client Relationship Management Experience: Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Network of quality trades: We are always on the lookout for good people that will fit the culture and company aspirations
