Sales Specialist - Home Interiors

We're hiring an Experienced Sales Specialist for our NIBM Road Customer Experience Store, Pune.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or home interiors and enjoys guiding clients from their first consultation to the final handover.

What you'll be doing

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
• Lead the complete sales journey-from enquiry to project closure.
• Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and quotations with confidence.
• Work closely with our design, project, and manufacturing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that turn satisfied clients into lifelong advocates.

We're looking for someone with

• 5+ years of experience in modular furniture or interior sales.
• Strong product knowledge and a consultative approach to selling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for helping customers create spaces they'll love for years to come.
