Market mapping; Follow-up with managers, partners, and offshore teams; Conflict management and timeline alignment;

Developing ideas and proposing improvements for the department; Candidate relationship management; Interview scheduling;

Preparing reports and tracking indicators (KPIs); Supporting new hire onboarding; Introducing new hiresto initial system access, benefits, etc.;

Requesting laptops for new hires. Skills Required experience in executing and managing administrative tasks Ability to work independently Good communication skills; scheduling interviewsAssisting employees Preparing reports and spreadsheets Postgraduate degree; Experience with high-volume hiring;

Advanced Excel skills; Analytical skills.
