Medigrad is a healthcare-focused online learning platform, offering blended programs for

MBBS doctors in multiple fields. The programs offered at Medigrad are primarily for skill

enhancement and to upgrade knowledge into a particular domain. These are designed and

vetted by a panel of senior doctors and experts. Programs are in a blended format that includes

online self-learning followed by practical training at associated hospitals.

Role Description

The Admissions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process for Medigrad’s fellowship programs.

Work Profile:

1. The key role is to act as a brand ambassador, promoting the short-term (1 Year) courses

into medical specialties and closing the leads in form of admissions by enrolling them

in multiple programs

2. The job role includes speaking to the doctors / medical graduates primarily over the

phone, answering their queries related to programs which we have, and convincing

them to enroll in the course.

3. The candidate would be responsible to make outbound telephonic calls on the leads

generated and also receiving the inbound telephonic queries

4. Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant

information whenever required, assuring timely closure

5. Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis

6. It is a target-based job and the candidate would be expected to achieve the set monthly

target.

Key Requirements:

1. Good communication and convincing skills.

2. Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude.

3. Prior experience of 4+ years in admissions or educational sales would be preferred.

4. Graduation in any stream.
