Sap Sd Consultant – Senior

Perform review and calculation of IRPJ and CSLL under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes; Work on tax consultancyprojects related to direct taxes; Identify opportunities to recover tax credits and tax incentives (PAT, Lei do Bem, Interest on Equity - JCP/JSCP, other tax incentives);

Participate in tax planning projects and corporate reorganizations from the perspective of direct taxes; Prepare tax opinions, technical memoranda and client tax inquiries to support clients; Review, amend and validate ancillary filings, especially ECD and ECF;

Interpret and apply taxlegislation and Federal Revenue Service rulings/interpretations; Perform fiscal and accounting analyses to mitigate tax risks; Work on multidisciplinary projects in collaboration with other consulting areas;

Support the technical development of the team and contribute to knowledge sharing; Manage multipleprojectssimultaneously, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; Strong experience in tax consultancy with a focus on direct taxes;

Advanced knowledge of IRPJ and CSLL; Solid command of tax legislation applicable to direct taxes; Knowledge of tax planning;

Experience reviewing ancillary filings (ECD and ECF), including layout analysis, cross-checks and validations; Knowledge of accountingstandards (CPCs) and their tax impacts; Excellent accounting and tax analytical skills;
