Salary: Starting from ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing interior design and execution company specializing in commercial and corporate interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic professional who possesses strong design expertise along with excellent client acquisition and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design innovative and functional commercial and corporate interior spaces.

Prepare 2D layouts, 3D concepts, working drawings, and presentation designs.

Meet prospective clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.

Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and references.

Convert inquiries into successful project closures.

Prepare project proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project coordination.

Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate interior design.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.

Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to independently manage both design and sales responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial & Corporate Interior Design and Sales.

Experience in residential interiors will not be considered.

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven track record of generating business and closing interior design projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
