Enterprise Account Executive
Superleap AI CRM
Job Description
About Superleap
Most enterprise teams today are held hostage by their own software.
Instead of empowering teams, traditional CRMs have become bloated systems of record that slow down execution, create operational friction, and force teams to adapt to the software rather than the software adapting to them.
While legacy CRM vendors are bolting AI onto existing products, Superleap is building something fundamentally different: a System of Intelligence that is fast, flexible, AI-native, and built for modern enterprise teams.
We are redefining enterprise CRM by combining powerful technology with a high-touch service layer that helps organizations manage complexity at scale.
Operating in a $70B+ global market, our mission is to build the most intelligent CRM platform in the world—and we're looking for exceptional enterprise sellers to help us get there.
About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Superleap, you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from sourcing and qualification to stakeholder management, negotiation, and closure.
You will sell high-value enterprise CRM transformations ranging from ₹50L–₹2Cr+ ACV, working directly with CXOs, Revenue Leaders, IT teams, Procurement, Legal, and Security stakeholders.
This is not a role where a well-known logo opens doors for you.
You'll be expected to create demand, build trust from scratch, and convince enterprise buyers to move away from established incumbents toward a category-defining AI-native platform.
We're looking for deal architects—people who know how to navigate complexity, drive urgency, and turn qualified opportunities into revenue.
What You'll Be Responsible ForEnd-to-End Enterprise Deal Ownership
- Own the complete sales journey from first outreach to signed contract.
- Drive discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Conduct executive-level conversations and align multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
- Take complete accountability for revenue outcomes and deal progression.
Build Pipeline Without a Brand Safety Net
- Generate and develop your own enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based selling.
- Create demand through strategic outreach rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
- Build credibility for a fast-growing AI-native CRM platform in competitive enterprise environments.
- Drive urgency and maintain momentum to accelerate enterprise buying cycles.
Multi-Stakeholder Enterprise Selling
- Identify and map champions, economic buyers, influencers, technical evaluators, and blockers.
- Engage with CXOs, Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations teams, CTOs, CIOs, Procurement, Legal, and Security stakeholders.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes including procurement reviews, InfoSec evaluations, and legal approvals.
- Manage consensus-building across multiple decision-makers.
Technical & Strategic Selling
- Lead discussions around CRM architecture, APIs, integrations, workflows, and AI capabilities.
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Position Superleap effectively against legacy CRM providers and established competitors.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that connect technology to business impact.
Forecasting & Sales Excellence
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, or equivalent frameworks.
- Build predictable forecasts and maintain strong deal visibility.
- Ensure high levels of sales rigor throughout the buying process.
What We're Looking For Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record of closing ₹50L–₹2Cr+ ACV deals.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong pipeline generation and outbound prospecting capabilities.
- Ability to build demand without relying on a well-known brand.
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience at leading SaaS companies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshworks, Zoho, or similar organizations.
- Experience transitioning from a large SaaS company into a high-growth startup environment.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Revenue Operations, and enterprise workflow systems.
- Experience using MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, BANT, or similar sales methodologies.
