Senior Sales lead
Inscape Modern Private Limited
Job Description
You own the number. As the leader of our sales function, you are responsible for driving revenue growth across our workspace solutions portfolio, including ergonomic office chairs, workstations, tables, storage solutions, and customized office furniture. You will build a predictable sales engine, win key accounts, and define what great B2B sales looks like within the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Revenue Target - Take complete ownership of sales targets and revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Build and Run the Sales Engine - Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of corporate opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records. Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Win Strategic Accounts - Personally lead high-value and strategic opportunities. Build relationships with CXOs, HR, Administration, Procurement, Facility, and Workplace teams. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close enterprise deals.
- Build the Sales Playbook - Mentor Business Development Associates and Sales Executives. Establish sales processes, best practices, and performance standards. Improve conversion rates through coaching, pipeline reviews, and structured sales execution.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with the design, estimation, production, and project execution teams to deliver customer requirements. Partner with marketing to refine messaging based on customer feedback and market insights. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging workplace solutions.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience of 5โ8 years in achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets in office furniture, modular furniture, workspace solutions, commercial interiors, or related industries.
- Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals independently.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate decision-makers and manage long sales cycles.
- Ownership mindset - you take responsibility for your pipeline, forecast, and revenue without constant follow-up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple opportunities while maintaining accuracy in forecasting and execution.
- A builder's mindset - you don't just close deals; you create repeatable processes that help the entire sales team succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling ergonomic office furniture, modular workstations, or commercial interior solutions.
- Existing network within corporate offices, IT companies, co-working spaces, educational institutions, healthcare, or government organizations.
- Experience working in a growing company or startup environment where you helped build the sales function.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
Who Thrives Here
Sales leaders who enjoy building long-term customer relationships, winning strategic B2B accounts, mentoring teams, and creating a scalable sales engine - not just achieving individual targets.
