Education Consultant, Overseas Education. Bengaluru.

I'm an independent overseas education consultant. Since 2019 my practice has placed over 1,000 students across ten destinations, the UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, UAE and Malaysia, with a strong visa record. The philosophy is simple: quality over volume. Honest counselling, clean document-backed applications, and the right fit for every student.

The Role. You counsel students from first enquiry through to visa, and you own that journey end to end. A focused, quality caseload, direct engagement with students and parents, and conversions on merit. You're backed by a dedicated operations colleague who handles documents, lodgements and follow-ups, so your time goes where it matters, on students.

Location and how we work. This is a hybrid, appointment-based role. You won't be tied to a desk nine to five. But when a student or parent meeting requires your presence, being there in person is non-negotiable, not a matter of personal preference.

Remote flexibility is a benefit of the role, not a way to avoid in-person meetings. You must already be living in Bengaluru and able to reach our Vasanth Nagar office at short notice. If you cannot, please do not apply.

Who I'm looking for. A counsellor with three to four years in overseas education who takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. Someone who, when leads are slow, does something about it instead of waiting to be fed.

Strong spoken and written English, genuine counselling ability, and someone who wants to learn and grow into a proven method rather than someone who's stopped learning. This is a small, close-knit team where people contribute ideas and pitch in beyond a fixed brief.

Compensation. INR 550000 - 750000 / annum plus a performance incentive. Please apply only if this band works for you.
