Role Description The Administrative Coordinator / Billing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative duties, including preparing documents, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting internal communication. The role includes billing-related tasks such as generating invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing billing inquiries from clients.
The coordinator will respond to customer requests, provide information in a professional manner, and escalate issues when needed. This role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations, maintaining organized filing systems, and assisting with basic financial reporting and data entry.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage records, schedules, and office workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and basic account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email systems) and comfort working with databases or billing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Previous experience in administrative, billing, or office coordination roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, accounting, or a related field is an asset.
