Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Oracle EBS Financials to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Financials within a global retail organization. The ideal candidate will act as the functional bridge between Finance and Technology, driving business process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, and production support across enterprise financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle EBS Financials modules including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, AGIS, and Cash Management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Support Oracle EBS integrations with Coupa, GTNexus, Accruent (Lucernex), banking platforms, tax engines, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead functional analysis, system enhancements, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of Business Analysis or ERP consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Financials experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects, AGIS, Cash Management)
• Financial Accounting Processes
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Fixed Assets & Project Accounting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Multi-Org & Multi-Currency Environments
• Oracle EBS Integrations
• Experience with QA, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA designation.
• Oracle EBS Financials Certification.
• Experience in Global Retail environments.
• Experience with SOX Compliance and Financial Controls.
• Experience with Coupa, Workday, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
