Garment Technician

Sneaky Link (our in-house brand!) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Garment Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our design and production teams to ensure every garment meets our quality, fit, and construction standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing and approving garment fit and construction.
• Measuring samples against specification sheets.
• Creating and updating tech packs and garment specifications.
• Communicating fit comments and technical feedback to manufacturers.
• Supporting product development from concept through to production.
• Conducting quality control checks throughout the development process.
• Collaborating with the design team to achieve the best fit and finish.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a Garment Technician or similar technical apparel role.
• Has strong knowledge of garment construction, grading and fit.
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Can confidently communicate with local and overseas manufacturers.
• Thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
• Has a genuine passion for fashion and product development.
