Meet your team
The Practice Management Group consists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Administration, People Experience and Client Experience.
The focus of the IT Services team is to ensure that all employees have the necessary ICT equipment, infrastructure and support to operate efficiently, while enabling automation and innovation.
About the role
You will deliver business enabling and automation opportunities and be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Microsoft Technologies such as the Power Platform or Dynamics CRM.
You will also provide administration, guidance, and governance over the existing environment, including the Centre of Excellence (COE), as well as existing Power apps and Flows.
Key responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes building custom applications using PowerApps, automating business processes using Power Automate, and creating data visualizations using Power BI.
- Integrating data from various sources, customising, and extending the platform's capabilities using programming languages, and deploying and managing solutions following best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support, Maintain and extend the Firms investment in Microsoft Dynamics.

Technical skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its services.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience in integrating data from various sources using connectors, gateways, and data integration tools.
