About the role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and driving performance through insightful financial analysis and commercial partnership. You will have ownership of monthly performance reporting along with annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will help drive continuous improvement, enhance reporting and planning processes, and contribute to finance transformation initiatives that create value across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, performance insights and analysis across business units and regions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities to support business performance and strategic priorities.
- Develop financial models, business cases and commercial analysis to support investment and operational decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial advice and communicate financial performance and key business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, financial systems, automation and process optimisation.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and build financial capability across the business.
About you
- Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, financial analysis or a similar business partnering role.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial planning and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business outcomes.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or comparable financial planning and reporting tools will be highly regarded.
- Degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting, with CA or CPA qualification preferred.
