About the Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as more than just visuals, someone who can translate abstract ideas into sharp, meaningful creative output.

At Maayasthra, you’ll work on high-visibility brand assets across digital platforms, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining a strong and consistent design language. Key Responsibilities Create visually strong, concept-driven designs that communicate ideas effectively Demonstrate a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity Develop versatile design solutions across different formats and use cases Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision Iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of design quality Stay updated with design trends and tools, and apply them thoughtfully Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio) A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across styles and formats Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator, and Figma (non-negotiable) Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy Ability to take ownership and deliver independently Additional Preferences Experience working with brand guidelines or structured design systems Ability to explore and experiment with AI tools in the design workflow Strong articulation of design decisions, the ability to explain the “why” Someone who is constantly learning and actively pushing their design skills Salary & Perks ₹4 LPA - ₹6 LPA (based on skill and experience) 5-day work week High ownership and creative freedom Flexible work setup (remote/hybrid) Young, collaborative, and fast-moving team Opportunity to work on diverse and high-impact design projects
