Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior 3D Modelling Specialist (Blender) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, optimized 3D models from reference data, managing the complete 3D asset creation workflow, and leading a team of 3D modelers. The role requires strong technical expertise in Blender, including modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, optimization, and exporting assets for real-time applications. Key Responsibilities: · Create accurate, high-quality 3D models using Blender from reference data. · Perform UV unwrapping, texture mapping, and basic texture editing using Adobe Photoshop. · Optimize and export 3D assets in GLB and other required formats for real-time applications. · Ensure quality, consistency, and performance of all 3D assets throughout the production workflow. · Lead and mentor the 3D modelling team by reviewing deliverables and providing technical guidance. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery. · Troubleshoot modelling and asset optimization challenges while following Blender best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Game Art, Design, or a related field (preferred). · 2- 4 years of professional experience in 3D modelling using Blender. · Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, UV unwrapping, texturing, topology, and asset optimization. · Experience exporting optimized assets in GLB or similar real-time formats. · Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for basic texture editing. · Experience leading or mentoring a small team is preferred. · Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines skills Application Process: Eligible candidates are invited to submit their updated resumes for review.
