Summary: Warehouse Coordinator
This position will work with the team Supervisor to define daily work requirements. Oversee job assignments and labor scheduled and will focus on continuous improvement and make recommendations to improve operations. The person in this position will closely monitor services and report any potential shortfalls to your direct supervisor while ensuring smooth communication between office operations, staff, and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Receive and action orders with the warehouse supervisor.
- Update Client WMS system with order receipt and shipping.
- Print labels from WMS system.
- Prepare BOLs.
- Liaise with Warehouse for container/airfreight and truck deliveries and pickups.
- Accrue supporting documentation, BOLs, DOs for inbound receiving and outbound shipping orders for client invoicing purposes.
- Align warehouse (3PL) billing to monthly client billing.
- Ensure inventory is up-to-date and initiate cycle counts when required.

- Ability to interact with customers, sales, and customer service.
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, and other forms of transportation, with automation preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- At least six months’ experience in logistics industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Individuals must be able to use proper techniques to lift 40 pounds.

Work Environment: The work environment has mild machinery noise and is climate controlled.
