Hostel G reimagines the traditional travel experience for modern backpackers, students, and travelers. Hostel G emphasises fostering social connections and a community-oriented atmosphere with the privacy, comfort, and security of a hotel.
Our building is located close to Northbridge and only a 10-minute walk to Perth Station and the CBD.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, email, and on-site channels
- Plan and coordinate events and activities for the inhouse students.
- Create quantifiable online content which grows the Campus Perth brand and builds community through engagement in in-house events
- Coordinate promotions
- Liaise with designers, photographers, media, and external agencies
- Develops website content and drives SEO and online listings using digital tools
- Drive and track campaign performance using marketing automation tools and CRM, AI Content and Creative Generation, preparing reports and insights for management
- Builds relationships with partners, sponsors, tourism bodies, and local businesses
- Create engaging content and promotional materials in line with brand voice
- Monitor campaign performance and event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations using analytics and attribution
What you will bring:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in using (or understanding of) AI driven personalisation, and cross channel automation
- Experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in producing engaging social media content
- Experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools
- Ability to work flexible hours for events
