Hostel G reimagines the traditional travel experience for modern backpackers, students, and travelers. Hostel G emphasises fostering social connections and a community-oriented atmosphere with the privacy, comfort, and security of a hotel.

Our building is located close to Northbridge and only a 10-minute walk to Perth Station and the CBD.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social media, email, and on-site channels
  • Plan and coordinate events and activities for the inhouse students.
  • Create quantifiable online content which grows the Campus Perth brand and builds community through engagement in in-house events
  • Coordinate promotions
  • Liaise with designers, photographers, media, and external agencies
  • Develops website content and drives SEO and online listings using digital tools
  • Drive and track campaign performance using marketing automation tools and CRM, AI Content and Creative Generation, preparing reports and insights for management
  • Builds relationships with partners, sponsors, tourism bodies, and local businesses
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials in line with brand voice
  • Monitor campaign performance and event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations using analytics and attribution

What you will bring:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in using (or understanding of) AI driven personalisation, and cross channel automation
  • Experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in producing engaging social media content
  • Experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours for events
