MIS Intern

Hansa Medcell is looking to hire an MIS Intern to support the backend implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement programs. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and healthcare education initiatives.

Role: MIS Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Mumbai, Work from office

Qualification: Graduate/PG in related fields

Key Responsibilities

Project Monitoring & MIS

• Track HCP engagement projects and maintain MIS dashboards.
• Monitor enrolment, attendance, assessments, certifications, and project milestones.
• Prepare project status reports and identify delays for timely action.

LMS Management

• Manage learner data, registrations, module completion, assessments, and certifications.
• Generate LMS reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support LMS backend administration and reporting.

CRM Management

• Maintain participant records and CRM database.
• Generate engagement and project activity reports.
• Support campaign tracking and HCP engagement analytics.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop Excel dashboards and analyze project performance.
• Validate data and maintain project documentation.

Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, coordinators, and technical teams.
• Support webinars, certification programs, surveys, and educational initiatives.
• Assist in project execution and client/internal reporting.
