Domestic Sales Manager – Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and driven Domestic Sales Manager – Performance Marketing who has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through advertisers, agencies, affiliate networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, publishers, and affiliates.
• Sell Mobile Affiliate Marketing solutions across CPA, CPI, CPS, CPAO, CPD, and CPFTD campaign models.
• Understand client objectives and recommend performance marketing solutions.
• Negotiate commercials, campaign payouts, and partnership terms.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams for successful campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing Sales or Performance Marketing Sales.
• Experience with mobile app campaigns and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, publishers, and performance advertising.
• Knowledge of MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust is preferred.
• Experience in BFSI campaigns will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
