Job Description

About Neo Wealth and Asset Management:

Neo Wealth and Asset Management is a rapidly growing financial services company with businesses spanning wealth management, asset management, capital markets and lending. Founded in 2021 with a simple and enduring purpose, Do Good, Neo is building a modern financial institution from India, with global aspirations. Today, Neo manages and advises on over ₹1.3 lakh crore in client assets, serves clients across more than 200 locations and is powered by a team of over 850 professionals.

Its expanding presence includes India and the United States, with Dubai planned as the next step in its international growth. Neo is backed by leading global and Indian institutional investors, including Peak XV Partners, MUFG Bank, Euclidean Capital and TVS Capital Funds, and has raised more than ₹3,000 crore in capital, making it a unicorn. Its growth has been driven by deep investment expertise, strong client relationships and a culture that values ownership, integrity and long-term thinking.

Job Overview:

The Wealth Marketing Lead will drive the marketing agenda for Neo’s Wealth Management business across the Multi-Family Office, UHNI and HNI segments. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role will translate business priorities into focused marketing plans, campaigns, propositions and client engagement programmes. The role will work closely with Wealth leadership, product teams, regional teams and Relationship Managers, while drawing on the specialist capabilities of Brand, Corporate Communications, Client Experience, Events and Marketing Intelligence.

The role requires strong commercial judgement, deep client orientation and the ability to deliver high quality marketing in a complex, relationship-led business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Wealth Marketing Agenda

• Build and deliver the annual marketing plan for the Wealth business, aligned with the CMO and Wealth leadership.

• Set priorities across client acquisition, engagement, relationship deepening and business growth and client advocacy.

• Own the Wealth marketing calendar, budget and delivery roadmap in consultation with CMO and business leaders.

2. Segment Strategy

• Develop distinct marketing approaches for MFO, UHNI and HNI clients.

• Define segment-specific propositions, narratives, engagement themes and communication priorities.

• Ensure marketing reflects client needs, relationship depth and business opportunity, not generic wealth messaging. 3. Business and Product Marketing

• Partner with business and product leaders to translate commercial priorities into marketing action.

• Shape client and RM narratives across advisory, investments, alternatives, family office, succession, insurance, lending and next-generation propositions.

• Lead marketing support for new launches, strategic initiatives and priority propositions.

4. Client Engagement

• Build focused programs for acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, reactivation and client advocacy.

• Own Wealth client communication across campaigns, market updates, propositions and key relationship moments across verticals, platforms and mediums.

• Ensure every initiative is relevant, timely, premium and linked to a clear client or business outcome.

5. RM Enablement

• Equip Relationship Managers with high-quality tools for client conversations and business development.

• Lead the creation of pitch material, proposition decks, campaign packs, client guides and sales narratives.

• Track adoption and improve effectiveness through RM and business feedback.

6. Integrated Marketing Delivery

• Work with the leads of Brand, Corporate Communications, Client Experience, Events and Marketing Intelligence to deliver an integrated Wealth marketing agenda.

• Provide clear business briefs, align priorities and ensure consistent execution across all client and external touchpoints.

7. Content and Market Presence

• Identify themes that matter to Wealth clients and strengthen Neo’s credibility in the market.

• Partner with Brand and Corporate Communications on thought leadership, leadership visibility, reports, content and external platforms.

• Ensure content is distinctive, useful and rooted in genuine client or market insight.

8. Performance and Governance

• Track campaign performance, client engagement, RM adoption and business impact.

• Periodically, review outcomes with the CMO and Wealth leadership and adjust priorities accordingly.

• Ensure delivery meets brand, compliance, budget and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

• 10–12 years of marketing experience in wealth management, private banking, financial services or a premium, relationship-led business.

• Strong understanding of HNI, and UHNI clients, including their needs, expectations and decision making journeys.

• Proven experience across product marketing, client engagement, campaign management and sales enablement.

• Ability to translate business priorities into focused marketing plans with clear commercial outcomes and measurable impact.

• Credibility to partner with senior business leaders, investment teams, product specialists and client-facing professionals.

• Strong commercial judgement, client orientation, analytical ability and execution discipline.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to influence and deliver across teams.

• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on ownership in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements governing financial-services marketing and client communications.
