NeoGrowth Credit Private Limited is looking for a driven and analytical Manager / Assistant Manager - Product to help scale our Business Loans proposition for MSMEs.

NeoGrowth is a new-age digital lender focused on empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises across India. As a Systemically Important, Non-Deposit taking NBFC, we offer technology and analytics-led lending solutions designed around the evolving needs of small businesses. We have served and engaged with 1,00,000+ MSMEs across 45+ cities and continue to drive financial inclusion through innovative credit products.

About the Role

This role will be part of the Product team and will focus on building, driving and scaling lending products for MSME businesses. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Credit, Risk, Digital, Collections and Compliance to improve product performance, strengthen portfolio outcomes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, implement and scale relevant product offerings and programs for MSME lending.
• Support to manage product P&L and drive key business KPIs including productivity, growth and portfolio quality.
• Identify product improvement opportunities through customer insights, market research and competition benchmarking.
• Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, value proposition and product positioning.
• Work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Digital, Collections and Compliance teams to drive product scale-up.
• Monitor and manage portfolio metrics such as delinquency rates, location mix, channel mix and productivity.
• Support the design of sales and collections structures and incentive frameworks to drive desired business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA / CA preferred.
• Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in BFSI.
• Prior exposure to lending, product management, business loans or MSME finance will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business ownership mindset.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Interest in fintech, digital lending and financial inclusion.
