Role Description The Teaching Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai and in Vadakekkad, Kerala.

The Teaching Assistant will support lead educators in implementing individualized and group lesson plans, assist with multi-sensory classroom activities, and help maintain an inclusive and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one and small-group support to children, reinforcing academic and life skills, and assisting with classroom organization, materials preparation, and documentation of student progress. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate closely with special educators and intervention specialists to follow the curriculum and ensure consistent, compassionate support for all students

• Candidates should be trained in ECCD/ Montessori / BEd / Waldorf style of teaching , should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with the ability to support lesson delivery and individualized learning
• .Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• .Candidates should possess foundational Mathematics skills to assist with age-appropriate academic activities
• .Candidates should possess attitude to work with children in special education / inclusive settings
• .Additional beneficial qualifications include patience and empathy, basic understanding of special education practices, ability to follow structured programs, relevant certifications or training in education or child development, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
