About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.
• Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.
• Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.
• Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Good understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
