Implementation/Transformation Manager - FTC 6-12 months

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Implementation/Transformation Project Manager to step into a newly created role within a fast‑growing, multi‑brand consumer products business looking to implement a new system and work within a project manager remit to get teams onboard and signed up across the business. After a period of rapid expansion, the organisation is ready for someone who can bring structure, clarity and accountability without dampening creativity or pace. You’ll work across Sales, Product Development, Compliance, Design, Operations and Finance, acting as the central hub that keeps projects moving, teams aligned, and the critical path on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of monday.com across multiple brands, teams and workflows ensuring the platform becomes the single source of truth for projects, timelines and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Map existing processes, identify gaps, and redesign workflows to create a more structured, scalable operating rhythm for a rapidly growing business.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Design, Ops and Finance to understand how each team works today, then translate those needs into monday.com boards, automations, dashboards and reporting.
- Bring clarity and consistency to how projects are tracked, communicated and delivered, replacing legacy Excel trackers and partial Clicker workflows with a unified system.
- Train, coach and empower teams to adopt new ways of working ensuring confidence, capability and long‑term behavioural change.
- Support seasonal cycles (Spring/Summer & Autumn/Winter) and bespoke retailer projects by embedding monday.com into critical path management.
- Oversee the transition of project timelines for new formulations, components, packaging and factory development work into the new system.
- Champion a collaborative, empowering approach that helps teams deliver their best work through improved visibility, accountability and workflow design.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in transformation, systems implementation or operational change within a product‑led, consumer goods or beauty/wellness environment.
- Hands‑on experience rolling out workflow or project management platforms - monday.com (Clicker familiarity is a bonus).
- Ability to observe existing processes, diagnose inefficiencies and introduce improvements without disrupting momentum.
- Confident managing cross‑functional teams and long, multi‑stage critical paths with the credibility to influence without authority.
- Highly organised, structured and proactive able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned during a period of change.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with factories, formulations, packaging and development timelines.
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, empowering leadership style that helps teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
- A mindset geared toward enablement, not enforcement helping people succeed rather than policing process.
