About the Role

FLAME University is seeking a for a candidate who plays a pivotal role in elevating the overall student experience with the Career Services Office (CSO) and building institutional trust through continuous, proactive engagement. This position is responsible for guiding undergraduate students across all four years (1st to 4th year) in navigating their career pathways.

The primary focus is to design, manage, and execute comprehensive, industry-oriented training curricula, foster student leadership, and leverage alumni and industry networks to enhance career readiness.


Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Skill Development (70% Technical/Industry, 30% Soft Skills)

  • Curriculum Design & Execution: Conceptualize, develop, and deliver structured training programs tailored to students from Year 1 through Year 4.
  • Technical & Industry Readiness (70%): Oversee specialized skill-building modules, domain-specific technical workshops, case study preparation, and industry certifications.
  • Soft Skills & Career Tools (30%): Manage soft skills workshops, interview preparation, resume building, and platform optimization.
  • Impact Assessment: Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of training modules to refine content based on corporate feedback and industry trends.


2. Student Engagement & Champion Programs

  • Pathway Guidance: Act as a dedicated mentor and guide, helping students navigate career options, internship preparation, and placement readiness across four academic years.
  • Student Champions: Identify, train, and manage a network of student champions to drive outreach, peer support, and active engagement with CSO initiatives.
  • Institutional Trust: Build strong, trust-based relationships with the student body, ensuring transparent communication and high participation in CSO activities.


3. Network & Session Management

  • Alumni & Industry Collaboration: Partner with FLAME alumni and industry professionals to host specialized masterclasses, guest lectures, panel discussions, and mentoring sessions.
  • Campus Alignment: Work closely with faculty, student clubs, and internal academic departments to align career development initiatives with broader university activities.


Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree / MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized institution in Management, HR, Communications.
  • Experience:
  • 5-12 years of proven expertise in designing, managing, and executing structured training and career preparation programs in higher education or corporate learning settings.


Core Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with AI-driven resume/interview platforms and modern learning management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire students.
