About theHead of MarketingRole
We seek a seasoned Marketing Leader who can collaborate with our executive team in shaping our marketing strategy, executing it effectively, and cultivating this function for our rapidly expanding consultancy. You will lead the marketing function,offering both quantitative and qualitative support for pivotal initiatives driving our strategic agenda. Thisrole requires a versatile individual with a comprehensive grasp of marketingwho iscapable of seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
As the Head of Marketing, you will be driving impact through marketing efforts encompassing strategic planning, product marketing,andinternal and external communications. Additionally, you will set and oversee marketingobjectives, priorities, and outcomesthrough close collaborationwith our client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the marketing strategy and build the marketing engine to support Keystone’s ambitious growth goals
- Develop, lead, and deliver events and event marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement, foster connections with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners and further strengthen Keystone’s brand in the relevant industries
- Drive content marketing strategy for Keystone’s initiatives, experts, and employees to create an always‑on engagement approach with prospects
- Oversee and execute both enterprise‑wide internal communications and external public relations strategy for the consulting practice, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Establish Keystone as a recognized industry thought leader through the development and execution of innovative media and content strategies. Lead the creation of content, community engagement, and social strategies that generate public conversations and an engaged following
- Build and oversee the website experience and digital marketing operations backend to enhance experiences of internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics. Regularly report to executive leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources in a way that maximizes impact and ROI
WhatYou’llBring
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a related marketing, public relations, or communications role
- Experience in a Consulting Firm or B2B marketing environment (ideally economics-, strategy-, or tech‑focused)
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams in a highly matrixed environment
- The ability to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize a broad workload in a fast-faced environment
- Creative problem‑solving abilities and intellectual curiosity; an ability to think outside the box and simplify complex problems
- Strong attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset
- A passion for excellence and a demonstrated ability to create top‑tier deliverables for clients
- Experience with HubSpot, Sprout Social, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, and similar tools
In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
Annual Salary Range
$190,000—$250,000 USD
