We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to support the professional and personal development of university students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students strengthen the communication, interpersonal, and workplace skills essential for academic and career success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive classroom sessions on soft skills and employability.
• Train students in communication, presentation skills, public speaking, business etiquette, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
• Conduct sessions on interview preparation, resume development, group discussions, and workplace professionalism.
• Develop structured lesson plans, training materials, and learning activities aligned with student development objectives.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences through discussions, role plays, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance students' career readiness.

Eligibility:

• Master's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate university students through interactive learning methodologies.
• Prior experience in soft skills training, employability training, corporate training, or higher education is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in developing training content and conducting learner assessments.
• Adaptability to diverse student learning needs.
