Location: Bellandur, Kengeri & Bhartiya City
5 Days Working & 2 Days Off (Rotational)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries exclusively through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during every interaction.
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards.
- Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
