We're Hiring | Junior & Senior Instructional Designers

Nexority Infotech is looking for Junior and Senior Instructional Designers to join a large-scale eLearning content development project. We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in instructional design, storyboarding, AI-assisted content creation, assessment development, and interactive learning design.

Roles: Junior Instructional Designer & Senior Instructional Designer

Experience: 3–8 Years (Junior: 3–5 Years | Senior: 5–8 Years)

Work Mode: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, instructionally sound eLearning content.
• Create detailed storyboards and learning scripts.
• Review and refine AI-generated content for quality and instructional effectiveness.
• Develop formative assessments with meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams throughout the content development lifecycle.
• Conduct instructional design and quality reviews before development handoff.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across multiple learning modules.

Required Skills

• Experience in Instructional Design and eLearning content development.
• Strong storyboarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI authoring platforms.
• Experience developing assessments and interactive learning experiences.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content.
• Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality review, and content validation skills.
• Experience working on high-volume content development projects will be an advantage.

Good to Have

• Experience with Canvas LMS.
• Exposure to technical or compliance training content.
• Aviation domain experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
