Business Development Executive - Night Shift - Freshers Only

We're a US-based IT staffing firm hiring early-career candidates as Business Development Executives for the US market. This is an entry-level launchpad — full training provided, minimal to no prior experience expected. Ideal for recent graduates and those with up to 6 months of experience who are starting their sales career.

What you'll do

• Reach out to US prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Build and qualify a pipeline of potential clients
• Schedule meetings for senior BD team members
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity

Who this is for

• 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates — any discipline
• 0–6 months of experience — freshers and very early-career candidates welcome
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, professional presence on calls and video
• Comfortable working the US night shift (IST evening/night)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient — sales is a numbers game

Work setup

• Fully remote — work from anywhere in India
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional work-from-home setup required
• Occasional travel: 2–5 times per year for team meetups, training, or client events (all expenses covered)

Compensation & benefits

• Fixed salary: Rs. 1,80,000 - Rs. 2,40,000 PA (based on assessment)
• 1.5% profit share per placement — uncapped, your earnings grow with your results
