3PL Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Overview

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities

• Manage third party logistics partners (3PL) performance, quality, cost, and capacity.
• Monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to delivery, customer experience, and operations.
• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events).
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers.
• Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Responsible for team development, systematically cultivating and empowering team members.
• Foster a positive and healthy team culture to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.
• Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.
• Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required.
• Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.
• Familiar with WMS/TMS systems.

Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across Poland. The total salary for this position ranges from PLN 161,700 to PLN 331,915 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
