To be successful you will have:

- Solid clinical assessment skills.
What you'll do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with Altaira/client policies, ANMC standards, and professional codes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to optimise client outcomes
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate care plans and service outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client needs and review care
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely clinical documentation
- Practise safely within scope, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through continuous professional development
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Enrolled Nurses, PCAs, and volunteers
- Assist with staff orientation, training, development, and performance support
- Support student placements and induction of agency staff
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, staff, and management
- Escalate incidents and ensure timely reporting in line with client requirements
- Act as senior nurse on shift when required, including emergency response
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Work Health & Safety standards
- Undertake additional duties as required within scope of role.
