Our client is a prominent international financial services and mobility provider seeking a dynamic technology leader to head their Business Solutions division in Spain

In this strategic role, you will oversee local and global cloud software initiatives, direct substantial department budgets, and lead multidisciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions for international business units

Main Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire a cross-functional department consisting of internal teams and external technical contractors


• Manage and control annual operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency


• Spearhead the architecture and rollout of cloud software solutions tailored for local and global business needs


• Oversee project lifecycles from feasibility to execution while maintaining top-tier quality, security, and timeliness


• Guarantee application stability, effective maintenance, and smooth execution of daily and monthly batch operations


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to resolve operational conflicts and streamline technical processes


• Drive strategic multi-year software migrations toward standardized enterprise platforms


• Enforce strict compliance with internal IT regulations, group security guidelines, and external regulatory requirements


• Manage external software vendors and guarantee adherence to secure development methodologies


• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and regulatory risks across enterprise applications

Core Skills/Experience

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical studies


• Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in an IT management or directional role


• Full Professional proficiency in English for daily conversational and written business communication


• Solid track record directing software development projects within multinational corporate environments


• Deep expertise in software development lifecycles and modern project management methodologies


• Hands-on experience in budget planning, financial supervision, and cost management


• Strong capability in managing risk, internal controls, and regulatory IT compliance


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


• Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence diverse technical teams
