About the Role

We're looking for a Coach Community & Partnerships Manager to become the bridge between Spur.fit and the global coaching community.

In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with coaches around the world, help them succeed on Spur.fit, and ensure their feedback directly shapes the future of our product.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with fitness coaches across the globe, creating an engaged community of educators, ambassadors, and early adopters.
• Identify and partner with exceptional coaches who align with Spur.fit's vision and can help shape the future of the platform.
• Guide coaches through onboarding, ensuring they successfully adopt Spur.fit and get the most value from the platform.
• Gather feedback from coaches and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the coaching experience and influence our roadmap.
• Plan and execute community initiatives such as webinars, beta programs, events, case studies, and educational content that help coaches learn, grow, and succeed.
  

Who You Are

• You have experience as a fitness coach, gym owner, studio operator, or have worked closely with fitness professionals.
• You genuinely enjoy building relationships, communities, and long-term partnerships.
• You have hands-on experience with coaching software such as Trainerize, Everfit, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, My PT Hub, Kahunas, Superset, or similar platforms.
• You're an excellent communicator who is proactive, organized, and enjoys helping others succeed.
• You're excited about AI and technology and want to help build the future of fitness coaching alongside a fast-moving startup.
