Job Description

Are you an experienced, highly organised marketing leader who thrives on turning big-picture strategy into seamless execution? Do you want to use your marketing talents to genuinely improve everyday lives?

At Country Care Group (CCG) and K Care Healthcare Solutions, they believe that staying connected to others isn't just good for the soul—it’s vital for health. They're looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to run the day-to-day integrated marketing function across two of Australia's most trusted assistive technology and healthcare brands.

About the Business

Established in 1997, Country Care Group (CCG) is a proud Australian family-owned business with over 700 staff nationwide. With 50 company network stores, over 130 member stores, and major national government contracts, they are a leading supplier of assistive technology, mobility aids, and healthcare equipment across aged care, disability, and hospital sectors.

K Care Healthcare Solutions is their product and wholesale division, owning the iconic 50-year-old K Care brand alongside major distribution partnerships (Karma, Merits, Afikim). With local engineering, manufacturing, and major distribution hubs in Epping (VIC) and Willawong (QLD), they bridge high-quality product development with nationwide care.

The Role

As the Marketing Lead, you will be the engine room of their integrated marketing function. Reporting to the National Marketing and Communications Lead, you will bridge strategy and action—managing campaigns, retail promotions, events, digital channels, and internal communications across both the CCG and K Care brands.

You’ll also mentor a Marketing & Communication Coordinator and work hand-in-hand with their creative agency partner, ETB Studio, to bring high-impact campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Marketing Leadership: Own and run the national integrated marketing calendar for both CCG and K Care. Prioritise activity across retail, digital, events, content, and internal comms.
  • Campaign & Agency Management: Drive end-to-end campaign execution. Partner closely with ETB Studio to brief, produce, review, and roll out creative assets across print, digital, in-store, and email channels.
  • Retail & Network Marketing: Support local area marketing, new store launches, visual merchandising, and promo rollouts across their 180+ store network.
  • Events, Expos & Professional Education: Coordinate marketing collateral and communications for major healthcare expos, product in-services, and Allied Health training events (including Eventbrite management and post-event follow-up).
  • Content & Digital Strategy: Ensure digital, social, and content channels remain vibrant, audience-focused, and aligned with overall campaign priorities.
  • Internal Communications: Oversee the rhythm of internal staff updates, training comms, and company news to keep their nationwide team connected.
  • Team Leadership & Workflow: Guide and develop the Marketing Coordinator, clear workflow bottlenecks, and ensure brand messaging consistency across all touch points.

What You Bring to the Team

They're looking for a structured, confident project manager and campaign executor who excels in fast-paced, multi-brand environments.

  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, campaign management, agency account management, or marketing operations.
  • Multi-Brand Capability: Demonstrated experience balancing priorities across multiple brands, business units, or customer segments (B2B and B2C).
  • Execution & Leadership: Strong background turning strategy into actionable timelines, clear briefs, and delivered assets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidence collaborating with executive leaders, retail store managers, healthcare professionals, and external creative partners.
  • Channel Expertise: Broad knowledge of content marketing, retail/in-store collateral, digital, social media, events, and internal comms.
  • Industry Background: Experience in healthcare, assistive technology, disability, aged care, or retail marketing is highly regarded (but not essential).

Why Join Them?

  • Work with Purpose: Your campaigns directly help Australians living with disabilities, mobility needs, and the aged maintain their independence.
  • Diverse Exposure: Balance B2C retail marketing, B2B wholesale, events, and nationwide brand campaigns.
  • Collaborative Culture: Enjoy the agility and connection of a family-owned culture paired with the backing of a large national enterprise.
  • Agency Support: Work alongside an established creative agency partner (ETB Studio) to bring your vision to life.

Ready to Lead Their Next Chapter?

If you're someone who loves creating structure, driving results, and working toward a meaningful purpose, we would love to hear from you!
