Purpose of the role
As a Tendering Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate, competitive energy tenders that help our customers make better commercial decisions. Working closely with our Energy Consultants, retailer partners and internal stakeholders, you'll manage the tendering process from initial request through to contract completion. From validating customer data and analysing retailer pricing to preparing tender documentation, you'll ensure every tender is delivered accurately, efficiently and to high standards.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate commercial energy tenders from initial request through to contract completion.
- Validate customer and site information to ensure every tender is accurate before submission.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs) through our tendering platform.
- Analyse retailer pricing and prepare tender comparison reports for our Energy Consultants.
- Produce accurate contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, metering partners and internal stakeholders to keep tenders progressing.
- Maintain accurate records across Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Support bill validation, network tariff reviews and other commercial analysis activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy and efficiency.

- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Experience within the energy industry is preffered, but certainly not essential.
