Whowe’relookingfor?

  • An experienced IT Support Analystwith demonstrated capability operating at a Level 1.5–2 standard within aprofessional corporate environment.
  • Relevant IT qualifications (e.g.,Certificate IV in IT, Diploma of IT, Microsoft or other vendor certifications)and/or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Strong technical proficiencyacross Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, end‑user devices,peripherals and basic networking fundamentals.
  • Proven experience supportingaudiovisual and meeting room technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot andrestore services efficiently.
  • High level of composure,analytical thinking and sound judgement when managing urgent, complex or high‑impactsupport incidents.

Therole

This hands‑on, office‑based roleprovides day‑to‑day IT support to staff in our Sydney offices (includes Paramatta & CBD)ensuring a smooth and productive technologyexperience. You’ll deliver desktop support, AV/meeting room troubleshooting andlaptop deployment activities. The role blends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contactfor daily IT incidents, requests and walk‑ups across the Sydney offices.
  • Deliver hands‑on desktop support,troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivityissues.
  • Provide AV and Microsoft TeamsRoom support, ensuring meeting spaces run reliably and issues are resolvedfast.
  • Complete laptop builds,deployments and rollouts, handling configuration tasksautonomously.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs,replacements and vendor interactions, maintaining clear and timelycommunication.
  • Support seniorstakeholders—including the Sydney‑based C‑suite with a professional, discreetand service‑driven approach.
