About the Role:
As a Programme Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and delivery of EMEA initiatives, ensuring that the management and execution of integrated plans are seamless. Your expertise will help drive transparency and facilitate the identification and resolution of potential challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage the plan for EMEA Programme initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate governance forums for EMEA initiatives.
- Create effective status reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Coordinate risk and issue tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to drive programme outcomes.
- Build productive cross-functional relationships with technical teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of data management expertise, strong programme governance capabilities, and a passion for driving change. You should have experience in the financial services industry, particularly with regulatory engagements like BCBS239.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services and data & analytics disciplines.
- Familiarity with project management principles and lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage programme governance and documentation excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in standard tooling (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with BCBS239 regulatory programmes and change management.
- Exposure to working across diverse cultures and jurisdictions.
