About the Role: HR & Administration Analyst


This role supports the Site Manager in leading HR and administrative activities. It is key to ensuring operational excellence, compliance, pleased employee experience, contributing to the organization's operation.


Responsibilities:

1. Implement recruiting activities including align the recruiting needs with the business department, job positing, interview arrangement and candidate selection together with the hiring manager.

2. Negotiate the offer with candidate, manage the onboarding, probationary management, transfer and off boarding processes.

3. Handle employee relationship including misconduct or even dismissal.

4. Oversee the monthly payroll and support at the salary calculation and payroll process.

5. Cooperate with external vendors to ensure a smooth cooperation process.

6. Act as a contact person for employee for any concern or questions.

Admin:

1. Office & Facilities: Oversee office facilities, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workplace.

2.Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and agreements, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control.

3.Act as interface for external or internal stakeholder regarding local business needs.

4.Event & Leadership Support: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal meetings, and company events. Support at ad-hoc tasks from management team.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Min. 1 year of experience in administrative t or HR field.

3. Solid knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law (CLT) and HR best practices.

4. Fluent in English including reading, talking and writing.

5. Strong in communication, multitasks, organization and attention to detail and accuracy and cross cultural calibration.
