Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across multiple environments, including SIT, UAT, and Pre-Production, following established test plans.
- Perform various testing activities, including functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate defect fixes through retesting and confirm successful resolution before deployment.
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong experience within the financial services domain.
- Hands‑on experience with mutual funds, investments, and registered financial products.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly adapt to new applications and processes.
- Solid manual testing experience in enterprise environments.
- 4–5 years of relevant QA/Testing experience.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Katalon test automation.
- Exposure to investment management or wealth management platforms.
- Candidates should be mid-to-senior level; junior profiles will not be considered.

In accordance with our compensation practices, ALTEN is providing the salary range associated with this opportunity. Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
