Business System Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 3/4 days onsite)

Senior Business Systems Analyst (API) with 5+ years of BSA experience and 2+ years of hands-on API integration experience. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, support REST API integrations, create process flows and data mappings, and lead UAT activities.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• 2+ years of API design/integration experience
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
• UAT, process mapping, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
