Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate weekly Enterprise CAB and TAB meetings, fostering a collaborative, disciplined, and decision‑oriented environment.
- Assess the quality, consistency, and rationale of high‑risk changes submitted by sector CABs.
- Approve or reject changes based on compliance, risk, and IT impact criteria.
- Refocus discussions as needed, manage disagreements, and lead difficult conversations with confidence and diplomacy.
- Collaborate closely with sector CAB managers, technical experts (TAB), change coordinators, and business stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of change enablement practices, aligned with the organization’s ITSM maturity objectives.
- Support the implementation of monitoring, reporting, and dashboard mechanisms to ensure process transparency and performance.
- Manage operational parameters of change enablement practices within the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), including configuration and evolution of key elements such as maintenance windows, approval rules, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT change management, facilitating decision‑making committees, and coordinating cross‑functional processes.
- Leadership and ability to mobilize stakeholders, make decisions, and enforce governance practices.
- Strong ability to manage group dynamics, navigate conflict situations, and communicate strategically.
- Expertise in IT frameworks and tools, including ITIL (ITIL v4 certification is an asset) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, political acumen, and a solid understanding of issues related to CMDB, cross‑functional risks, and service stability.
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, as the role involves delivering presentations and facilitating sessions with unilingual French‑ and English‑speaking internal clients on a weekly basis.
