We're currently looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer (.NET/C++) – SIM & eSIM Solutions, to join our Operations team in Madrid under a hybrid work model.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a global company operating at the forefront of trusted connectivity and digital identity solutions. You will contribute to innovative projects related to SIM and eSIM technologies while working in an international and collaborative environment.
What would be your mission within this role?
As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of testing and personalization tools used in SIM and eSIM manufacturing processes. You will work closely with Operations, Technical, Customer Service and R&D teams to ensure the successful implementation, qualification and delivery of solutions for our customers worldwide.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software tools used for SIM and eSIM testing in manufacturing environments.
- Develop personalization solutions for SIM and eSIM products according to business and customer requirements.
- Receive requirements and inputs from Customer Service teams and the SPD Manager to implement new functionalities and enhancements.
- Support and coordinate developments related to personalization processes within factory environments.
- Collaborate with Technical and R&D teams in the qualification and validation of SIM and eSIM products.
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software developments and production environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools and technical documentation.
Required Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in software development or programming roles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies (VB.NET and/or C#).
- Knowledge of C++ programming.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle.
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
- Availability to travel occasionally (approximately 20%).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in telecommunications, manufacturing environments or industrial software solutions.
- Knowledge of SIM, eSIM or eUICC technologies.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools.
