Facilities Tendering Manager

Role Description The Facilities Tendering Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for facilities-related projects, including reviewing tender notices, coordinating site visits, and preparing detailed proposals and bid documentation.

The Facilities Tendering Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs, ensure compliance with tender requirements, and submit bids within deadlines.

Day-to-day tasks include evaluating tender opportunities, supporting procurement and cost estimation, tracking tender status, maintaining tender records, and contributing to contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting sales efforts with tender-related insights, and continuously improving tendering processes and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills, including bid strategy development, documentation, and compliance review.
• Candidates should possess excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years in FM tendering, estimation or cost engineering (MEP / integrated FM background preferred)
• Understanding of the Saudi / GCC FM market is a big plus. Relevant experience in facilities management, construction, infrastructure, or related industries is beneficial
