Job Description
Shall be able to
1. Supervise the civil construcion works effectively for quality and safety aspects
2. Communicate well with peer and sub-ordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors
3. Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects
4.use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
5. Able to lead the team by being a good team player
6.Good at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost.
7. Good at Decision making related to the work
8.Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned
9. Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project
10. able to understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is imlemented in his work area
