Job Description
Position Purpose
Enable business development team to close deals by providing expert styling support, creating compelling visual presentations, and offering design solutions that align with client requirements and project aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create mood boards for client interior projects based on inputs from business development executives, architects, and direct client conversations to visualize design concepts effectively.
2. Develop professional presentations showcasing product combinations, color palettes, and styling recommendations to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Provide expert styling guidance and creative inputs to the business development team to enhance their product recommendation capabilities and deal closure success.
4. Interact with clients and architects visiting the flagship store to understand their design vision and offer tailored styling solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
5. Suggest appropriate product combinations, color schemes, and furnishing arrangements that align with client preferences and project requirements to maximize sales value.
6. Collaborate with business development executives to understand project briefs and translate client requirements into cohesive design solutions using Studio Orion's product range.
7. Stay updated on interior design trends, color forecasts, and styling techniques to provide contemporary and relevant design recommendations to clients.
8. Support business development team in preparing customized proposals with visual styling elements that differentiate Studio Orion's offerings from competitors.
9. Maintain a library of mood boards, styling references, and successful project examples to streamline presentation development and inspire client confidence.
10. Participate in client meetings when required to provide on-the-spot styling expertise and address design-related queries to facilitate deal closure.
