Job Description

We require a Process Improvement Analyst to gain efficiencies and improvements to our current workflows and processes.

About the Role

You will analyse workforce management processes, policies, and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. This includes partnering with HR, Payroll and Operational teams to design future-state processes that align with organisational objectives and improve efficiency and compliance.

Please note - We are not looking for a business analyst to fulfil this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of standardised processes while accommodating essential local operational requirements
  • Ensure workforce management processes comply with Fair Work legislation, enterprise agreements, modern awards, and HR best practice
  • Interpret complex enterprise agreements, awards, and rostering rules, translating requirements into clear business rules and system configuration requirements
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and build stakeholder alignment
  • Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, requirements documentation, gap analyses, and decision papers
  • Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes using BPMN
  • 2.0.Evaluate solutions against business and operational requirements, identifying functional gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, with the project team
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working on HR transformation programs of
  • work.Comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, employment legislation, industrial instruments, and people-related policies
  • Experience working in the health industry (highly desirable

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of business analysis concepts, including requirements elicitation, process design and mapping, and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
  • Logical, analytical approach to problem-solving and documentation.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Respect for confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Commitment to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
