Warehouse Officer

Your new role We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Officers to join a leading Refinery operation in the Gladstone region. This position offers a 9-day fortnight roster , working 10 hour shifts , providing excellent work-life balance while contributing to a safety-focused and high-performing team.

Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Receive, store, pick, pack, and distribute materials
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure work areas are kept safe and organised
• Accurately record inventory movements and equipment performance
• Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement
• Assist and support team members as required
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient warehouse operations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• Current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience using inventory management systems is advantageous
• Residing in the Gladstone region
