Plant Financial Controller :Greater Noida

CLIENT: Our MNC client is a market leader in Indoor Air Quality and Critical Ventilation Solutions having a state-of-the-plant located at Greater Noida where this position is based.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure the company’s financial systems and accounting records are robust, fully up to date, fully reconciled with robust monthly close procedures in place.
• Lead the preparation of annual accounts, annual audit process and all legislative and regularity requirements of statutory bodies including filling of statutory accounts, taxation, VAT etc.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and adherence to the Group Compliance model.

Ideal Incumbent:

• CA- post qualification experience of 15 years with proven track record of success in enhancing the capability of the Finance function of a manufacturing unit of at least 500Crs and reporting to the MD.
• IFRS exposure.
• Worked in a cross-cultural global environment.
• Exposure of merger/integration exercise with global entities and large matrix orgn.
• Extensive experience of all areas of financial management including accounting, taxation, standard costing, variance analysis, cost productivity, compliance etc.
• Faced Big 4 external auditors.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 50-60LPA
